Modular Treatment Structures

BIOTAL Company manufactures specialized equipment for prefabricated reinforced concrete reservoirs used in sewage systems. They are highly popular in the market due to their quality and reliability. Production takes place using high-quality materials and under constant quality control. These reservoirs can be used even in challenging soil and water conditions. BIOTAL is not just a company; it represents the embodiment of craftsmanship, innovation, and unparalleled quality. Our reservoirs are a symbol of improvement and reliability, allowing our customers to have confidence in the flawless operation of their sewage systems.

Installation features

BIOTAL offers unique equipment that is installed in underground reinforced concrete reservoirs divided into treatment zones. This allows for effective wastewater treatment. The aeration system can be located above the reservoir or nearby at a short distance. If the groundwater level is high, the reservoir can be placed in a semi-excavated or semi-mound position.

We provide an individual approach to the design of the construction part of the installation, and all our solutions are coordinated with the technical department of our company. To ensure safety and sanitary standards, appropriate sanitary protection zones are established around installations with different capacities. For example, for installations with a capacity of 10 to 25 m³/day, the sanitary protection zone is 5 meters, and for installations with a capacity of 30 to 200 m³/day, it is 25 meters.

We comply with all requirements and standards, including DBN V.2.5-75:2013 “Sewerage. External Networks and Structures,” when designing installations with a capacity of more than 500 m³/day. Our company strives to ensure the highest quality and compliance of all our products with regulations and requirements, guaranteeing the reliable and efficient operation of our sewage systems.

The modular sewage treatment structures are designed to withstand dynamic loads, ensuring their stability and structural integrity.

Construction

“BIOTAL” offers unique reservoirs that are manufactured using modular units and can be adapted to meet various customer needs. They are available in different heights, widths, and lengths, and can be made from different materials according to the requirements.

Our household and domestic sewage treatment structures made of concrete can be equipped with various additional elements, such as stainless steel stairs or steps, hatches, internal partitions, drainage grids, and other conveniences. We ensure that our reservoirs meet all the requirements and satisfy the needs of our clients.

We take pride in offering single or double-module concrete sewage treatment structures. We deliver our products to cities such as Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odessa, Dnipro, Rivne, Lviv, and others.

Please note!

The warranty period for BIOTAL systems is 5 years, for the control unit and air blowers it is 3 years, and for the pumping equipment, it is 2 years.

ONE-module concrete sewage treatment systems

BIOTAL BT – BIOTAL wastewater treatment

Purpose

In our range, we offer unique BIOTAL single-module concrete treatment plants that are perfectly suited for deep biological treatment of domestic sewage. These plants can effectively treat wastewater volumes ranging from 10 to 1200 m³/day. They are designed with high standards of quality and reliability in mind to ensure efficient operation in varying water volumes.

Two-module concrete sewage treatment systems

BIOTAL 2BT – BIOTAL wastewater treatment

Purpose

Two-module concrete treatment plants, specifically designed for deep biological treatment of domestic sewage. These plants are intended for wastewater volumes ranging from 40 to 2400 m³/day.

BIOTAL two-module treatment plants combine high treatment efficiency with reliable construction. They are designed with the latest biological technologies in mind, allowing for effective removal of pollutants from wastewater and ensuring high-quality treatment.

Clarification of terms

  • Dewatering block
A dewatering block is used to reduce the volume of excess activated sludge.
  • Stainless steel screen for coarse debris retention
Coarse debris is captured in the BIOTAL unit using a large stainless steel screen with dual-sided air scouring and a fixed cover.
  • Siphon airlift
A device designed to transfer treated wastewater to the biofilter-settler, which prevents the entry of surface pollutants into the subsequent treatment zone.
  • Biological filter
A self-cleaning biological filter that provides further treatment of wastewater and functions as a thin-layer settling tank.
  • Water level sensor
Designed to provide timely signals to the automation system of the unit, which automatically switches the system to one of the seven programs, resulting in up to 70% energy savings.
  • UV disinfection
The ultraviolet water disinfection unit is equipped with a UV-C lamp emitting at a wavelength of 254 nm.
  • Aerator
The aerator is made of PUR membrane with laser perforations, enabling fine bubble aeration of wastewater. This increases the oxygen saturation efficiency of wastewater and enhances the absorption properties of activated sludge bacte.
